He said, I’m paraphrasing from him of course and I don’t want to muck his wisdom on this subject but if I understand him correctly, Joy is not really dead she is just in another plain of existence. Because she was so in touch with her spirit and committed to being a force of change on the planet, that I can reach her.

I’m supposed to think/meditate and think of a positive conversation between us. Then, I reach through her to touch her and she’ll be there.

I’ve not tried this as I seem to thrive on the cluttered brain and meditating for me happens once a week and even at that, only once a month do I feel in the zone.

But I’m going to do it because I’ve got a lot to learn. I understand that Joy was one teacher at the right time for me and that if she had not been there, another teacher would have appeared. That she helped me see things that were already in me– a reflection.

By taking what I learned from her and sharing it, I’m walking through the world with one of her bright scarves and connecting her in the process.

And, if I need some help clearing out any more gunk in the spiritual trunk, Joel’s not too far away either.
